I wonder if you please can help in presenting us your conception or suggestions as an outline (in mission statement sequence) explaining how can we as service providers (to some extent reinsurance company in the Meddle East) can launch a systematic and rigorous plan to build our Workforce Performance Management system. what might it mainly contain? My experiment is limited and doesn't help to generate a coherent HRM system. |

Indeed I wish I can set down with you the valued time you talked about, I should be fortunate then, but the geographic factor is the obstacle, I am locating in Palestine, and it is very hard to move here, more to outside.
