Hi, I am working on a doctoral program and my interest is on employee satisfaction for the related health professions, which include emergency medical services, radiographers, nurses, pharmacists, etc. I hope to develop a model of employee satisfaction from the study. I am looking at these bands of professionals because not much literature exists. Most literature hover around nurses and doctors.
I'd truly appreciate folks in these professions submit ideas on why they either want to go overseas or leave their public service jobs or even move jobs 'irregularly'? It will make some interesting revelation and a good addition to my literature review.
If anyone has access to recent literature on the topic (whether it focuses on nurese, pharmacists, etc) please let me have them.Much thanks

Daily Q&A
How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?
Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
