Vacation Tracking Software

Hi guys.     Do you have any suggestions on a nice Vacation Tracking software?      We want a software that really help us manage our Vacation Accrual, Vacation tracker.    Right now we are using the system called "vacationtrackingsoftware.org”.

We want something better.   A software that can be used offline and could be integrated to Project / Absentee management software.  A some kind of Leave tracking Software.vacationtrackingsoftware.org is good but it does NOT have an amazing Time tracking application.   In addition,  their system is very straight forward .  We need a very complex software. In addition, i need to burn our budget by the end of the year.  This vacationtrackingsoftware.org are too cheap :(      

It doesn’t have offline running feature, you must have to be always online for using this software.

We have created http://mrticktock.com to solve some of these problems. It contains time tracking connected with task and simple project management. Flexible reports for time off allow to check how many vacation/sick days have been used and how many left.
It does not support offline access but that's actually not necessary in most cases.

I would suggest to have a look at Replicon's simple to use cloud based employee vacation or paid time off tracking software - http://www.replicon.com/time-off

It can be easily accessed using a web browser and has simple reporting interface with lots of features such as reports can be exported to excel and much more with robust 24*7 customer support. It can be used as an integrated solution too.
