It's more than 5 months now since he has graduated. I wonder if we can get some update from him. Well, for ^, internships are really great but I think that it wouldn't look so great after graduation. I would probably and definitely do it during the OJT period (if that is required in the school where he is studying). once I get out, I'd probably go finding for an assistant HR job instead of internship. some places don't pay for interns and its actually the other way around.

Well said, student who are going to complete their college they need HR career advice because they have high requirement of it which is help them for going to take the job.
