It's more than 5 months now since he has graduated. I wonder if we can get some update from him. Well, for ^, internships are really great but I think that it wouldn't look so great after graduation. I would probably and definitely do it during the OJT period (if that is required in the school where he is studying). once I get out, I'd probably go finding for an assistant HR job instead of internship. some places don't pay for interns and its actually the other way around.
