Dear Forum members

I am having 4+ experience in hr in a small organization where 200 employees are working and iam interested to work in us. presently iam in india, what steps i need to take to get an opportunity in us ? and iam taking care recruitment, payroll management, employee welfare and implimentation of labor legislation.

In order to work in the US you must be lawfully admitted for work in the US. It would be highly unusual to get sponsorship because in simple terms the criteria require that your skill not only be highly sought after but also that there be a shortage of available lawfully admitted to work candidates. That would be almost impossible to obtain.

Consequently you would need to immigrate for permanent residence with authorization to work and then apply after arriving.
