I have been a recruiter for 4 years in various domains(IT, banking,aviation).I am an indian national currently working in Europe. I would like to move into HRMS (Oracle preferably). I have worked with recruitment database as a user. I would like to get some help/suggestion to make this transition. I would be moving to U.S soon and not sure if it is a good idea to consider this job transition. Would be glad to get some suggestions.
