Interview in the restaurant industry

I have a 2nd interview for an HR Rep. in the restaurant industry. The industry is new to me and I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on the type of questions I should ask? I already know that the companies HR Reps. are responsible for 20-30 restaurants (fast food chains) each.
