I am from India and reciding at present in united states
since one year. I completed MBA in India. My specialization includes

Hi

I would say first try to find out a course near your locality in HR since the guidelines and HR policies are different here. And a course would always help you to get a stepping stone into the HR field.

Will also help you to decide which line you want to take in HR
