Hi All,
I am an MBA grad with HRM specialisation.Did my MBA from India.Have 1yr work experience.

Currently I am on H4 so cannot work. I am planning to get some certification/courses in HR field, which will increase my prospects of getting a sound job by the time i get a work permit.

I would highly appreciate if anyone can guide me in this regard.
