As a Human Resource Specialist, I've performed exempt-level human resources duties for the past 3 years, however I'm paid hourly. Does anyone know if I would be eligible to take the PHR exam?

The HRCI website will give you all of the requirements for eligibility. I believe they do specify that the qualifying HR work experience has to be at the exempt level.
