Are any of you on a individual performance bonus plan? We just started them at my company and I need to create my plan and it will be reviewed and approved by the president. I am the Director of HR responsible for HR and recruiting. If you have a bonus plan, what performance measures do you have? Thanks!

We are measured by attrition, community involvement, cost per hire, employee events (morale), employee survey etc.
