Discuss your job search, the interviewing process, creating the right resume, how the HR profession's changes require new job-search approaches and related topics.
Outside of Workforce.com, what are some other good and active discussion forums for HR professionals to network with one another? Thanks. Mike

The are plenty of others.

SHRM
thehrforum2.myfreeforum.org
legalworkplace.com
nobscot
hrhero.com

some of these have membership fees, 2 or 3 do not.
I am now or have been a member of all of them.

Thanks Marc. If an employer won't pay for membership in SHRM, is it still worth joining?

I wouldn't suggest joining SHRM for the on-line 'chat" or HRTalk they have. It's almost a Myspace type environment anyway. With that said you can't get access to more HR related information through their other sources as inexpensively as SHRM costs. It's a definate steal at $160 a year but you have to wade through a lot of self serving/promoting propoganda.
