I have been asked this question millions of times and my response is usually "I am in HR." But at a holiday party, I got the third degree from a college student who wasn't satisfied with that answe

I meant "draw" not fraw...although I probably do that too.

We covered employee law in school, but I try to stay current because that's a huge part of decision making and because we design training for managers.

One thing this forum has taught me is that the topic always comes up and it is never black and white.
