Hello Group,
I read an inspirational post on LinkedIn regarding "living resumes". I am a recruiter and I'm often spend most of my time reviewing resumes. I love this article because the article indicates that the best method to find people is by networking (a living resume).
I know of an excellent opportunity for a OD/Leadership professional to develop a Talent Management program for a major corporation.
I want to find the right person for this opportunity and I need your help. I am searching for that living resume of the person for this role. I want to find someone who is proven and is truly a leader.
If you know anyone or if you know of any resources to find people at this level, please let me know.

Daily Q&A
How Do We Keep Our Best During Upheaval?
Things are getting scary for us. We recently had to downsize, and since then have lost some of our best people to other jobs. Aside from boosting their pay (which isn't feasible now), what practical steps can we take to keep them from quitting on us?
