First of all, turn your CAPS LOCK off!! Secondly, it's a great benefit. I would perform a marketing which included both EAP and Concierge vendors since some EAP's offer this benefit as an extension to the base program. As far as cost goes, this benefit can be all over the place depending on how many bells and whistles you throw into the mix. From recollection, I believe you start seeing some decent per employee per month pricing with companies over 100 employees. |
