Does any of you has some figures/data about work life services (childcare, adult/elder care, time saving services...). I am looking for some market data/sizing about the Italian/European market so to understand how big this market is, how many companies are implementing these initiatives for their own employees. Also need quantitative analysis and ROI study. Any good reading/web site to suggest? Many thanks

I vaguely remember seeing that they will be instituting a work/life balance certification, so they probably have some information on it.
