He is a seasonal employee and he knows that his time here is going to end soon. I informed him that he should just stick it out till he is let go but he is insisting that he leaves before he he is let go. I told him that would be a dumb idea
I have a employee who works at my company and this individual wants to quit and collect unemployment from his former employment. Is this possible in the state of CT? I told him that if he wants to quit, I will help him find this out. Anyone know anything about this?
