Jurors: Coke Secretary Guilty


The former employee is convicted of trying to sell trade secrets to Pepsi.

The ongoing saga of intellectual property theft Atlanta beverage maker. According to CNN.com and several other news outlets, Williams was convicted of stealing formulas for soft drinks and giving them to Ibrahim Dimson and Edmund Duhaney, her alleged partners in crime. Dimson and Duhaney each pleaded guilty to one count of conspiracy in October after they were implicated in a sting operation. The plot to sell the confidential information reportedly came to light when PepsiCo contacted authorities.
