Kelly Services Adds Eastern European Firm


Its acquisition of Talents Technology should contribute about $2.7 million in new revenue.

Kelly Expands: Staffing company Kelly Services is adding an Eastern European executive search firm to its portfolio. Troy, Michigan-based Kelly is acquiring Talents Technology, a 10-year-old firm operating in the Czech Republic and Poland. It specializes in providing services to companies in the information technology, pharmaceutical and life science industries. Kelly, which posted 2006 revenue of $5.6 billion, is not disclosing terms of the deal. However, based on its projected 2007 earnings, Talents Technology should contribute about $2.7 million in new revenue.
