Flunking out: Despite being widely used, learning management systems continue to disappoint. According to a new survey, 81 percent of users report a “high level of dissatisfaction” with such systems, particularly in reporting capabilities, integration and limited standardized reporting capacity, notes a survey by consulting firms Expertus and TrainingOutsourcing.com.
