Fortune Execs Talk Training


Documentary miniseries highlights best practices for training, development.

Spotlight on Learning: The Corporate Learning Xchange, a training organization in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, has launched an interactive multimedia Web site that offers video interviews with executives at Fortune 500 companies. CorpU TV to showcases organizations that have drawn clear links between development programs and sustained business results. Anchoring the site is a new mini-documentary series, The People Factor, which zeros in on how leading organizations tackle leadership development. New episodes are scheduled to appear every two months. Also included is a searchable database of video interviews with learning executives at organizations such as Caterpillar Inc., the U.S. Army, Staples and Credit Suisse.
