Making a Case for Hiring More HR
Staff
A member writes: "We are rapidly
expanding the size of our operation
and, if all goes according to plan,
we will have increased our workforce
by about 32% by 2008. I need to
make a case to our CEO that I need
to be given clearance to hire more
staff for the HR department. Has
anyone pitched the case to hire
more people for their department?
Which strategies/supporting info
do you feel worked best in persuading
the CEO?"
