DISCUSSION
Suggested Training for a Person With Interpersonal Communication Issues?

Posted in the Training & Organizational Development Forum:
A reader writes: "A person who works for me is excellent in the core work she does, but has been having a lot of issues with interpersonal communication in a work environment. She tends to be a rather stubborn person and has a hard time seeing other points of view. Many people feel that she talks down to them. She acknowledges the issue at hand. She will be very good for a while, but then slip into her old habits. Does anyone have a suggestion as to training or anything else that might help with this problem?"
