A reader writes: "In six short years, there will be only one worker to replace every two who retire. As if this weren't enough, colleges aren't graduating nearly enough engineers. My company (located in Iowa) is growing and in need of talented, capable engineers. We're doing fine now, but how will we fill this need once baby boomers start retiring in record numbers?"
