When will I receive my first free issue?
A limited number of free subscriptions are available to those who meet certain magazine-specific demographic criteria. In some instances, it may be a couple months until you receive your first issue.
Why do I have to fill our subscription forms annually?
Our files must be updated once a year for industry audit standards and USPS requirements. The data also helps our editors ensure that they are providing desired content for our readers.
How do I change my address?
You can change your mailing address using our online change of address form or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that we print our labels 3 weeks before mailing, so it can take up to two issues for the new address to be in effect.
Why do I have to fill out a new subscription form to change my company name or address?
When this data changes, we need to re-verify that your responsibilities at the new location still meet the publisher's requirements for a FREE subscription.
How do I get replacement issues?
To replace missing or damaged issues, please contact our customer service department at email@example.com. At this time, we are unable to send replacement copies for free. Specific issues may be purchased while quantities last.
How much do single issues cost?
You may purchase a single and/or back issues for $29.95 for print and $10 for digital per issue. Please contact our customer service department at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information and to place orders.
How will I receive my subscription?
All domestic subscriptions will be sent via US Postal Service.
All international subscriptions are mailed through a propriety network from our mail facility in IL.
What is your return/refund policy?
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancelled paid subscriptions are eligible for pro-rated refunds through Customer Service at 800-422-2681 or email@example.com. Individual issues are non-returnable.
If I cancel my subscription, how long will it take to go into effect?
You should stop receiving copies after one month following your request for cancellation.
