Starting March 19, readers were asked to pick their favorite subjects by clicking on topics in the Workforce Impact and Pop Culture brackets.
The topics that got the most votes each period moved on to the next round. There were six rounds in all lasting two weeks each, and voting was done one round at a time.
Like a typical NCAA bracket, the first week there were 64 teams and 32 matchups. Two weeks later it went to 32 teams and 16 matchups, etc.
The subjects were chosen by Workforce Management editors and our readers for both brackets.
