Dear Workforce How Do We Determine Training Budgets for Executive Development
We’re in the low-margin distribution business and anxious to budget dollars for training our executives. I've seen studies that suggest a good training investment requires about 2 percent of payroll, but I've seen no figures specific to development of executives. How do I figure out a good benchmark?
