Dear Workforce What Role Could Self-assessment Tools Play in Employee Development
In order to personalize their training and determine their development needs, we want managers to do a self-assessment. The hope is that this process will help them better understand the importance of professional development. How do we avoid problems of people telling us what they think we want to hear? I know there are self-assessment tools on the market, but we’re thinking of designing our own for in-house use.
