Treasury Secretary Does About-Face on Executive Compensation
Many lawmakers have called for limits in the compensation of executives whose companies would benefit from a federal bailout. Henry Paulson initially opposed the proposal, but in remarks to the House Financial Services Committee, he says he has changed his mind.
