One of them is "Evaluate Your Training," which companies of any size might find helpful in establishing or retooling their plan. "Evaluate Your Training" covers such areas as "Why Evaluate Training?" (It helps to "track the development of staff knowledge and skills"), "Measure Training Effectiveness" and "Next Steps for Developing Training."
