Dice Acquires AllHealthcareJobs.com

The site’s purchase price included $2.8 million in cash and 205,000 in shares, plus an earn-out of another $1 million in the next two years.

Dice Holdings Inc. announced Wednesday, June 10, that it acquired AllHealthcareJobs.com, a job Web site focused on the health care industry.

Dice operates the Dice.com online job board for information technology professionals. The company also operates eFinancialCareers.com, for financial jobs, and ClearanceJobs.com, for jobs that require security clearances.

AllHealthcareJobs.com’s purchase price included $2.8 million in cash and 205,000 in shares, plus an earn-out of another $1 million in the next two years.
