Administaff Agrees to Pay $115,000 in EEOC Lawsuit

Two brothers at a Maryland office of Conn-X LLC, a former Administaff client, were harassed based on their worship of Judaism starting in September 2005 and continuing for several years, the commission says.

Administaff Inc., a Houston-based professional employer organization, agreed to pay $115,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging religious bias, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reported.

Two brothers at a Maryland office of Conn-X LLC, a former Administaff client, were harassed based on their practice of Judaism starting in September 2005 and continuing for several years, the EEOC said.

The EEOC said its lawsuit against the client company remain unresolved. Conn-X is a Florida-based cable service provider.

Administaff's relationship with Conn-X terminated August 16, 2008.
