Two brothers at a Maryland office of Conn-X LLC, a former Administaff client, were harassed based on their worship of Judaism starting in September 2005 and continuing for several years, the commission says.
Administaff Inc., a Houston-based professional employer organization, agreed to pay $115,000 to settle a lawsuit alleging religious bias, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission reported.

The EEOC said its lawsuit against the client company remain unresolved. Conn-X is a Florida-based cable service provider.
Administaff's relationship with Conn-X terminated August 16, 2008.
