Allegis Group Services entered into a strategic alliance with Grupo Empreza, a Brazil-based human resources provider.

The alliance is aimed at driving recruitment process outsourcing and managed service provider solutions, as well as retained executive search and talent advisory services in Brazil.

"This strategic alliance will allow AGS to further expand its geographic footprint and offer the same seamless recruitment solution in Latin America that it already offers in the North American, European and Asia-Pacific regions," said Randolph Gulian, executive vice president of Allegis. "We are fortunate to have found such a high quality organization that matches so closely with our own culture."

Allegis Group Services is part of the Allegis Group, the world's fourth-largest staffing firm.

Daily Q&A

How to Address Flagging Motivation?

How do I increase motivation levels in the department? How do I brand my business unit as an attractive place to work? I have top-notch IT professionals in my business unit who feel they are "children of a lesser God" because they are non-billable resources and do not get plum postings abroad, nor the glamour that goes with them. As a result, their motivation suffers.
