ManpowerGroup Inc. Chairman, President and CEO Jeffrey Joerres is handing off the president role to Jonas Prising and Darryl Green. Both executives will still report to Joerres, who will keep the chairman and CEO roles.
"Expanding the roles of these two officers at president level will simplify and focus our decision-making and selling processes, ultimately driving stronger performance across ManpowerGroup's delivery model," Joerres said in a press release.
Joerres has served as CEO and president since April 1999, and he has served as chairman since May 2001. He has been with ManpowerGroup since July 1993 and also serves as a director of Johnson Controls Inc. and the Federal Board Reserve of Chicago.
Prising had served as executive vice president and president of the Americas. Prising will continue to be responsible for the Americas, and he will also oversee Southern Europe.
Green was an executive vice president and president of ManpowerGroup's Asia-Pacific and Middle East operations since January 2009. Green will continue to oversee those regions and will add oversight of Northern Europe. Hans Leentjes, ManpowerGroup's president for Northern Europe, will continue in that role and report to Green.

"I am confident that by expanding their executive responsibilities ManpowerGroup is better positioned to more quickly provide employers with the right innovative workforce solutions."
