Beyond.com Buys Job Board, Career Fair Operator

Beyond.com acquired Human Capital Solutions LLC, which does business as JobCircle.com, a job board that serves the mid-Atlantic area and has more than 1.3 million registered members.

Beyond.com, an operator of a network of online job boards, acquired Human Capital Solutions LLC, which does business as JobCircle.com, a job board that serves the mid-Atlantic area and has more than 1.3 million registered members. JobCircle is also known for producing career fairs that serve more than 18 industry categories.

"While employers and job seekers are increasingly interacting through our online channels, we recognize that a large part of the hiring process takes place face-to-face," said Beyond.com CEO Rich Milgram.

JobCircle CEO Joe Stubblebine will join Beyond.com as vice president of corporate outreach.

Beyond.com ranks on the Inc. magazine 5,000 list with 2011 revenue of $17.6 million.
