As the best and brightest young talent in workforce management emerges, we want to recognize the profession's innovative rising stars for their positive impact on the past, present and future. The contest is open to the next generation of workplace leaders under the age of 40 through Dec. 31, 2013.
Past winners made their mark in HR and other areas of workforce management. They came from corporations, startups and nonprofits, and were honored for finding innovative ways to create a new generation of leaders, shedding light on how companies compensate and treat their employees, bridging global cultural differences in HR management, and using social media to facilitate employee collaboration.
Winners will be chosen by Workforce's editorial staff. We will consider not only professional accomplishments but also community service and other achievements.
