One model to emulate if the one create by President Kennedy in the early 1960s. Kennedy proclaimed that America should put a man on the moon by the end of the decade.

The obstacles were enormous—financial, political and technical—but he didn't try to solve them immediately. He set the agenda and the timetable, and let others do their best to carry out the vision.

Neil Armstrong landed on the moon in 1969 ... an event to remember the next time you are dreaming of a vision that requires delegation and many obstacles to overcome.
