I would like to compare my company’s human resources metrics with those of other companies. My intention is to determine whether we’re competitive with current best practices. We measure organizational capacity (the percentage of filled positions per month), performance appraisals (the percentage of completed appraisals within due-date range), and retention (the percentage of employees retained in 12-month period). How should I best begin?
