How do we provide follow-up to our leadership development, especially with regards to mentoring and behavioral competencies. Although we provide these offerings through consultants and other providers, our desire is to make sure that employees apply the skills and knowledge they learn. But is it really possible to “measure” the impact of employees’ behavior?
