About 78 percent of employers lack a workforce strategy to garner hard-to-find talent, according to the survey conducted by the ManpowerGroup's Strategic Workforce Consulting business.
A global survey conducted by workforce solutions firm ManpowerGroup Inc. (NYSE: MAN) revealed that many companies either lack a workforce strategy to garner hard-to-find talent or struggle to implement one.
About 78 percent of employers lack such a strategy, according to the survey conducted by the ManpowerGroup's Strategic Workforce Consulting business.
