Employment-Related Screening Providers

The screening industry is in an ongoing state of consolidation, as evidenced by this year’s merger of HireRight with USIS’ commercial services division and LexisNexis’ acquisition of ChoicePoint. Pricing remains the key factor in driving client purchasing decisions, according to a research report by KPMG. Costs are falling with the proliferation of searchable databases and the continued automation of the interaction between clients and providers.
