Relocation Merger: Primacy Relocation of
Memphis, Tennessee, has acquired Foursquare Relocation for an undisclosed sum.
Based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, Foursquare provides relocation services to
companies across Europe. Primacy expects the acquisition to boost revenue by
nearly 40 percent in its Europe, Middle East and Africa business units. Terms of
the transaction were not disclosed.
