Thank you again, very kind of you. :-) I was just wondering, What are you thoughts on asking for a conditional job offer, as in provide everything to them within the 90 days or so of the probationary period? (They called my references today and my guess would be they got excellent reference as I had performed very well, exceeded all expectations with great performance evaluation at my positions in the past) So should I request something like a conditional job offer and ask for time to provide everything before the end of the probation or would you suggest something else. I am really interested in this position and how can I really make a strong, convincing request/case to the HR? Please and thank you.
