DISCUSSION
Trainer Productivity Measurement

Posted in the Training & Organizational Development Forum:

A reader writes: “One of the biggest challenges that I faced as a trainer and now as training manager is how can I measure my team’s productivity in statistical terms. The nature of training that I am involved in is partly technical as well as behavioral. The percentages between these do vary. How can I effectively justify my contribution and evaluate my effectiveness in monitory terms? For example: complaint handling/sessions that need to be implemented as a result of procedural changes. Can someone point me a way to approach this issue?"
