Management by Objective
Posted in the
Training & Organizational Development Forum:
A reader writes: "Our HR department will be pushing for employees to complete personalized MBOs, and I'm fairly new to the concept. Does anyone have examples of MBOs for accounting, administration and HR professionals? I'd like to gain a better understanding of the idea and provide some samples to our employees."

METRICS
Readiness for a 'Global World'
Accenture surveyed 4,100 professionals
in medium-size and large companies in 17 countries about the
workforce's readiness to work in a society that crosses national
boundaries, as measured in six categories: technology, inclusion
and diversity, social responsibility, global skills, agility
and business relationships. Here are men's and women's scores
and those of the various countries. A score around 4 or 5 means
the workforce feels it is well equipped in terms of skills for
2011.
