A member writes: "Our employee handbook has a harassment policy, and then says: Attempts to use this policy to bring frivolous or bad faith complaints against another employee will also not be tolerated, and may result in disciplinary action if proven. I’ve never seen this in another handbook. Does anyone else feel like it might discourage an employee from making a real complaint?"
