1. I think the issue of “trust” is neglected as vital in AI recruiting solutions. Both the recruiters trust in the system of keeping the candidates needs for information and descresion, and the candidates need to be aknowledged as valued asset/ resource to a potential new employer (the trust that comes from a personal connection). @rachelbotsman says it well in her book: “Who can you trust?”

    • Given the number of high profile data breaches that have happened, it’s prudent to not trust any data system. They will eventually be breached – either maliciously or by accident. With that sad fact in mind, the second part you mention about trust is more significant – creating a trusted personal connection with a potential employer. If AI can augment a personal relationship, it’s a help. If not, then it will actually subtract value from recruiting.
