1. In my line of work (healthcare), managers tend to hire within their race. It’s interesting to see that as the manager of a department changes, so does the staff’s racial composition and I might add, we have very few Whites which is not fair to Caucasians either. They’ve become the minority at my work place and that of my husband’s work place (also healthcare). Hiding candidate information would definitely be a good idea for us.
