Dorie Blesoff, chief people officer at computer software company Relativity, met up with Workforce at the Chicago SHRM chapter’s Think Fast conference Oct. 25 to discuss diversity and inclusion and how to foster conversations in the workplace that allow people to understand each other’s unique perspectives.
